A double agent allegedly tricked Michael Ibrahim into getting involved in the tobacco smuggling scheme that led to his arrest.
Police found nothing at the house of John Ibrahim with which to charge him on Tuesday
The men allegedly organised to smuggle $1 billion worth of drugs from Europe to Australia where Michael told his ‘friend’ he was interested in introducing him to his associates at party island Ibiza, court documents reveal.
John’s model girlfriend Sarah Budge (pictured) was charged and granted bail Wednesday
Ms Budge is not believed to be part of the alleged drug syndicate.

Daniel was paid $630,000 to receive bail where he is on strict conditions including not being able to leave New South Wales.
